Purpose: To safeguard children and promote positive family relationships through safe, structured contact and practical support—delivered with compassion, professionalism and trauma‑informed practice.
Objectives:
1) Facilitate supervised/ supported contact that prioritises safety and the child’s voice.
2) Provide objective observations and analytical reporting for multi‑agency planning and court.
3) Strengthen parenting capacity and resilience through practical family support.
4) Facilitate children in need and safeguarding welfare visits.
5) Collaborate effectively with local authorities, courts and partner agencies.
6) Uphold strong safeguarding, data protection and quality standards across all services.
7) Robust and court standard assessments for parenting capacity & connected persons (VAs, CAOs, SGOs).

Scope of Services: Supervised contact (family homes, centre, & community), supported contact (family homes, centre, & community), virtual contact, handover, family support (family homes, placements, community), life story work and crisis response (out‑of‑hours), responsible adult & escort service, parenting/care & domestic violence assessments and support work.
Workforce & Governance: Qualified Social Workers (Social Work England registered) and trained Support Workers with enhanced DBS. Reflective supervision, CPD, audits and service improvement embedded.
Quality & Safety: Pre‑session risk assessments, clear session plans, sight‑and‑sound supervision, trauma‑informed practice, domestic abuse awareness, and objective, timely recording.
