  Supervised Contact (Centre‑based & Community)
Safe, structured sessions prioritising sight‑and‑sound supervision and child welfare. We complete pre‑session risk assessments and clear session plans, brief parents/carers on purpose and boundaries, and intervene or end sessions if safety is compromised. Objective observations are recorded using agreed templates and uploaded within timescales to inform planning and, where required, court proceedings.

Delivered: Contact centres, community venues, or family homes (where risk‑assessed).
Outputs: Objective observation notes, analytical summaries for reviews/court, progression recommendations.

 

 

Supported Contact
A step‑down model from fully supervised contact. We coach and reinforce positive interactions, routines and boundaries while gradually increasing parental responsibility—all guided by risk, progress and multi‑agency planning.

Delivered: Community venues or agreed public spaces.
Outputs: Progress updates, transition plans and safety‑led recommendations.

 

 

Handover Service
Neutral, reliable handovers to reduce conflict risk and ensure children transition safely between caregivers. We manage timings, locations and brief checks within the agreed plan.

Delivered: Pre‑agreed, risk‑assessed locations.
Outputs: Timely handover records and incident notes (if any).

 

 

Virtual Contact
When contact is best facilitated online, we provide structured, supervised virtual sessions with clear guidelines for engagement, privacy and safety.

Delivered: Secure video platforms; supervised and recorded in line with policy.
Outputs: Brief observation notes and any safeguarding actions required.

 

 

Practical Family Support
Hands‑on support in homes or community settings—parenting routines, boundaries, play, safety, home organisation, appointments and signposting (benefits, housing, schools, health/mental health). We advocate for families and share relevant information with professionals.

Delivered: Home visits or community venues.
Outputs: Support plans, progress notes and referrals/signposting evidence.

 

 

Responsible Adults & Escort Service
Responsible adults for young people in police custody, and children and young people escort services (including transport to school & contact).

Delivered: Police Stations, Court, Youth Detention Centre, Schools, Contact Centres & Community.
Outputs: support logs.

 

 

Placement Support Foster Care, Supported Accommodation & Residential
Provide additional support staff and crisis intervention to placements.

Delivered: Daytime, evenings, weekends and bank holidays (as commissioned).
Outputs: Safe care support, safety planning, case notes and partner liaison.

 

 

  Life Story Work
Child‑friendly work that helps children understand their experiences, relationships and identity. We collaborate with social workers and carers to build age‑appropriate narratives.

Delivered: 1:1 sessions with the child; carers involved where appropriate.
Outputs: Life story materials and structured session notes.

 

 

Crisis Response (Out‑of‑Hours)
On rota, our qualified staff deliver urgent safeguarding responses with clear escalation and handover into daytime services.

Delivered: Evenings, weekends and bank holidays (as commissioned).

Section 17 and Section 47 welfare visits
