Who Can Refer?

Local authority social workers, CAFCASS, courts, schools and partner agencies. Families may self‑refer for certain services (subject to assessment).


Referral Form (Summary of Fields): 

Referrer details; Child(ren) details; Parent/Guardian details; Reason for referral with ratings and outcomes; Risk Assessment; Requested Services; Timetable; Social worker and invoice details.


Turnaround: 

We acknowledge referrals within 2 working days and confirm a planning meeting date.
