We plan and deliver all services through a robust safeguarding lens. Our practice includes:

  • Pre‑Session Risk Assessments & Session Plans with clear boundaries and escalation.

  • Sight‑and‑Sound Supervision with timely intervention or session termination if safety is compromised.

  • Objective, Analytical Recording suitable for multi‑agency reviews and court.

  • Trauma‑Informed, Domestic Abuse‑Aware Contact Planning (e.g., PD12J considerations).

  • Data Protection & Confidentiality, proportionate information sharing and secure case systems.

  • Reflective Supervision & Continuous Professional Development for all staff.

  • Audit & Service Improvement to maintain consistency and quality.​
