1) Referral Received – Use our secure Referral Form. Provide key details: child(ren), parents/carers, risks and desired outcomes.
2) Intake & Risk Screening – We review risks (e.g., domestic abuse, abduction risk, violence to staff, substance use, mental health). We agree commissioning instructions.
3) Planning & Briefing – Session plan and risk management agreed with the lead professional. Parents/carers receive clear boundaries and escalation routes.
4) Delivery – Contact/support delivered at the agreed frequency and duration. We maintain sight‑and‑sound supervision and step in if safety is compromised.
5) Observation & Reporting – Objective observations uploaded within agreed timescales. Analytical reports provided for reviews/court where required.
6) Review & Progression – We recommend progression based on outcomes and risk.
